You can manage this yourself through your Race Roster account — log in there to update your details or transfer your entry to another distance or another person. A $10 transfer fee applies (plus any price difference if moving to a longer distance). The transfer deadline is 12:00pm Friday 30 October 2026. It's the fastest way to sort it.

Race check-in / bib collection is at the Lakes Entrance foreshore. Saturday 31 October: 1:00–6:00pm. Sunday 1 November: 5:15am until 30 minutes before your race. Check-in closes 30 minutes prior to each race.

Yes! Every finisher across all five distances — Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km, 5km and 2km — receives a medal at the finish line. Something great to bring home.

Prams and strollers are very welcome in the 5km and 2km events. For everyone's safety on course, we ask that prams aren't used in the 10km, Half Marathon or Marathon.
